JOACO JAVIEL / ME
Welcome. I am a Visual Communication designer, an area referring to design in almost all its aspects: graphic, web, 3D, industrial, typographic and audiovisual design, as well as its theoretical, historical and philosophical part.
In November 2023 I approved the Final Degree Project (referring to local governments and urban trees). I was born in 1993, I studied Advertising Analyst with very good results and worked in three companies related to communication. In parallel, since 2010, I have been working independently.
My goal is to run a design studio that works worldwide.
I am currently part of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Design of Uruguay, contributing my view of design from the interior of the country.
The most beautiful, complete and working works are those on which the designer works with passion and conviction in the result of the design.

DIRECTOR 2023-2025
The Chamber of Design of Uruguay (CDU) is a non-profit civil association, founded in 2009 from the Design Conglomerate. It was born as a space for meeting, coordination, planning and execution of strategic public-private actions to position design as a generator of economic, social, cultural and environmental value, as well as an engine of innovation, particularly for the productive sector.
Made up of companies, independent designers, entrepreneurs and training institutes in the design sector, it has more than 120 members from different areas of design distributed in the categories:

Currently, the CDU is a fundamental actor for the execution, support and participation in the promotion of design, the dissemination of good practices and success stories and for the consolidation of Design as a relevant tool for the sustainable development of communities.

The Single Registry of State Suppliers allows you to register and maintain updated information on all natural and legal persons interested in contracting with the State.
Goals
Make all relevant information available to public organizations when hiring a company, providing access to it from a single place and immediately.
Benefits
- Improves efficiency in the contracting processes carried out by the State.
- It gives public bodies immediate access to all the information that may be relevant when hiring a company.
- It reduces the procedures that suppliers must carry out when contracting with the State, avoiding the presentation of certificates every time they bid in a public purchasing procedure.
- Each supplier will have access to the information contained in the RUPE, either directly or electronically, in real time and will be able to update it when necessary.
The State has historical information on the performance of suppliers in fulfilling their contracts. This benefits both the State and its collaborators.
BUSSINES MANAGEMENT
Perez & Franco is a company based in the department of San José, Uruguay, dedicated to the management of procedures with the State.
ELECTRONIC BILLING
Accounting, administrative and electronic billing software with more than 50,000 SMEs throughout Uruguay.
We invoice with everything required by the General Tax Directorate (DGI): XML format, electronic signature, Electronic Tax Receipt (CFE). We reduce errors in the process of generating, delivering and storing electronic receipts and offer multiple payment options so that our customers always choose our business to make their purchases.

The CLAP Award are the International Design Awards, which allow studios, agencies, offices and independent professionals to measure themselves against their peers throughout Latin America. They have the support of the main organizations linked to design, which fulfill the function of selecting the jury members. The CLAP Award is a unique and unrepeatable opportunity to obtain international recognition in the world of design.
